Tom has been with Halfacre since 2004. Tom is a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with over 20 years in construction, project and operations experience. He holds an excellent track record of completing projects on time and within budget with extensive experience in various delivery methods including Design Build and CM at Risk projects. His diverse background includes Industrial, Municipal, Educational and Nonprofit projects in public and private markets. Tom is an expert at renovation and addition projects on active sites and campuses. Tom resides in Sarasota with his wife and three children.
